Hey, I ran the Timberwolf 5K at the local high school on Saturday. I ran a good race and placed 2nd in my age group, my first time earning a medal. I guess there are some benefits to getting older.p.s. I promise not to turn this blog into my personal racing journal (last race till San Francisco).
